Delta Ambulance has provided educational opportunities
to its staff for years but we also reach out to other EMS providers
as well as the corporate community.
CPR for Family and
Friends
Since 1996, Adult Heartsaver CPR programs
have been offered.
There is no cost for these programs but pre-registration
is required.and CPR is one of the best things you can learn to help
protect your family.
First Aid, Pediatric CPR, Automatic Defibrillator
education, and CPR for the Healthcare provider are offered on an
as needed basis. The cost and length of these programs vary based
on the subject matter.

Continuing Education
We often offer monthly continuing
education at our Augusta and Waterville bases as well
as at several locations throughout the Kennebec Valley Region. The
programs generally are 1 to 2 hours in length and cover a complete
range of topics from patient assessment to managing the newborn.
