Evans Accepts Quality Manager Position

In response to our recent recruitment efforts for a Quality Manager, we are pleased to announce the following employee promotion:

Shawn Evans-Quality Manager/Paramedic
Shawn joined Delta in November 2005 as a Fulltime Paramedic CCEMT-P assigned primarily to the Augusta base region where he continues to focus on providing quality advanced life support services with in the region.

Prior to joining Delta Shawn served with various EMS services and municipalities in New York State as a Paramedic, Flight Paramedic, Instructor, Training Coordinator. Shawn was instrumental in assisting with the development of a flight medic program for one service and quality assurance and educational programs for others. Shawn spent several years as Associate Training Coordinator/Instructor and was instrumental in the development of a Public Access Defibrillation Program. He holds CCEMT-P Certification from UMBC, a B.S. in Biology with minor Chemistry.
