During a celebratory dinner cruise aboard Casco
Bay Lines, Randy Klatt of Maine Employers Mutual Insurance Company
delivered a Workplace Safety Award to Delta's Executive Director Tim
Beals for One-Million hours worked without a loss-time in jury..
1 Million hours is a tremendous milestone,
one that no others in Emergency Medical Services have reached to date.
This is attributable to the diligence of the Delta personnel and their
attention to safe practices along with the continued support of Delta's
Board of Directors. Delta crossed the million hour mark on June 12,
2011. The dinner cruise was attended by Delta personnel, management
team and members of the Board of Directors.
