On January 30th Delta Ambulance received a Margaret Chase Smith Quality Award- Level I Commitment. 

This award recognizes our efforts to provide patient care and medical transportation at a consistently high level of quality. It also recognizes that Delta has a system in place to monitor the delivery of services and assess the level of quality at which they are provided. Evaluators from the Alliance for Maine Excellence, sponsors of the Margaret Chase Smith Awards, found Delta Ambulance to be an organization with a long history of sound management practices, dedicated employees and a well informed, active Board of Directors.

It is an honor to be the first ambulance company ever to receive this prestigious award.
