Delta Ambulance's annual
awards ceremony was held at Governors' Banquet facility in Waterville the
first time it has been held off-site.
The evening program was well attended
by staff and family.
Mr. Harvey DeVane, Past President
and Community Representative to the Delta Ambulance Board of Directors
addressed the attendees. Mr. DeVane,
in his comments, expressed the
Board's appreciation of the staff for their dedication and commitment to
quality.
Timothy Beals, Executive Director,
presented annual awards to employees at each base of operation: Augusta
and Waterville.
Patient Care Award: to the
individual who has received the greatest amount of commendations from patient's
- based upon data from our patient survey and unsolicited patient comments.
Winners are Daniel Nadeau, Paramedic and Robert Phillips, Paramedic
Community Service Award:
to the individual who receives this award has, in addition to working the
regularly scheduled hours has committed the most time in representing Delta
at community events. Winners are Mary Jane Parks, Paramedic and Barbara
Files, EMT- Intermediate
Peer Recognition Award: to
an employee who has been recognized for going beyond the call of duty in
their daily routine. Typically this is the person who settles for nothing
less than excellence in their own performance. Winners are Daniel Nadeau,
Paramedic and Nathan Jones, Paramedic
